The Envision Financial Box Office is only open 2 hours before the start of an event. Any updates will be posted on our social media and website when applicable.
The Team Store is only open on game days. You can also purchase Abbotsford Canucks merchandise online on Vanbase.
Any member of our event staff can help. You can also visit Guest Services located at Section 104 for any questions or concerns.
As per the Provincial Public Health updates as of Friday, April 8, 2022, proof of vaccination is no longer required for entry to indoor events at the Abbotsford Centre.
The Abbotsford Centre has a strict no re-entry policy. If you MUST leave the building, please visit Guess Services at Section 104.
Doors typically open 1 hour prior to each event. Please be sure to check the event page, social media, or your email before the event to confirm times.
The Abbotsford Centre does not allow any professional cameras for events, concerts, or hockey games unless given media credentials.
Any lost and found items are collected at Guest Services located at Section 104. To inquire about a missing item following the events, please call 604.743.5000.
GAME PRESENTATION
You may submit a .mp3 demo of your performance of both the Canadian and American national anthems, performed a cappella, along with your live performance history and contact information to:

WE REQUIRE MINIMUM 2 BUSINESS DAYS’ NOTICE TO BOOK A SPECIAL MESSAGE FOR A GAME
Special messages are generally displayed in the intermissions.
There is a maximum limit of 60 characters for each message (includes spaces and punctuation).

Depending on the promotion, contestants are chosen at random by our game night crew. Contestants must have a valid ticket stub to participate, and some age restrictions apply to certain contests.
